Sport holds a unique ability to positively shape lives. Our hubs offer much more than physical activity – they provide a supportive environment where you can build self-esteem, develop social skills, and learn values like teamwork and resilience

Pathways to Employment

From Player to Coach. We don’t just train athletes; we train leaders.

  • Qualifications: We qualified 8 of our young people as Sports Leaders this year.
  • Real Jobs: 6 of these leaders have now taken up paid work as sessional junior coaches across our community hubs.
  • New Skills: 80% of participants feel they have developed new skills.

Who Attends?

  • Ages: From 10 to 19+.
  • Community: We supported 372 registered participants this year.
  • Diversity: Our hubs are mixed and multi-ethnic, welcoming young people from all backgrounds.
